1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.

2. Our Services

Sankalp ElderCare is committed to enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens through personalized care solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Emergency assistance coordination
  • Daily well-being check-ins and companionship
  • Hospital visits support and medical appointment coordination
  • Assistance with bill payments, insurance claims, and legal paperwork
  • Social engagement programs for mental and emotional well-being

Our services may evolve, and we reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services as required.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal, medical, and contact information.
  • Notify us of any changes in health conditions, address, or emergency contacts.
  • Treat our Customer Support Associates (CSA) and Field Support Associates (FSA) with respect and dignity.
  • Use our services only for lawful and intended purposes.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may impact the continuity of your services.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

Service Fees: Charges for services will be communicated prior to enrollment. Fees are subject to periodic revision with prior notice.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made through Razorpay Payment Links, bank transfers, UPI, or other approved methods.

Billing Cycle: Our services are available on a quarterly (3 months), half-yearly (6 months), and annual (12 months) subscription basis.

Late Payments: If payments are not made within the due date, services may be temporarily suspended until dues are cleared.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your service plan by providing an official written notice/email.

Refunds: Refund policies vary based on the service plan. Eligible refunds will be processed(within 15 working days) after deducting applicable administrative charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional care and support, Sankalp ElderCare will not be liable for:

  • Any unforeseen medical complications arising despite our assistance.
  • Any service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies.
  • Issues related to third-party service providers, including hospitals, ambulance services, or insurance companies.

In all cases, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

7. Privacy & Data Security

We take your privacy and data security seriously. Your personal information is securely stored and used strictly as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or misuse your data.

8. Conduct & Code of Ethics

We expect all members and their families to:

  • Maintain respectful interactions with our Customer Support Associates (CSA) and Field Support Associates (FSA).
  • Refrain from any misuse of services or unethical requests.
  • Understand that our team operates with integrity and professionalism, and any misconduct will not be tolerated.

9. Modification of Terms

Sankalp ElderCare reserves the right to modify these Terms when necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will imply acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Protection Against Claims

By using our services, you agree to take responsibility for any issues arising due to:

  • Providing incorrect or misleading information.
  • Violating any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
  • Any legal or medical concerns resulting from third-party interactions.

Sankalp ElderCare shall not be liable for any resulting claims, financial losses, or legal consequences.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be resolved amicably through discussions. If a resolution is not reached, the matter will be handled as per applicable legal provisions in India.
